Located in a prime spot near a bustling shopping center, this hotel makes for an ideal base to explore the surrounding area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff and provided us with a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful in providing us with information about the local area and arranging tours for us.

The breakfast voucher that we received wasn't very clear, leading to some confusion and delay during check-in. It would have been helpful if the voucher was more straightforwardly written.

Our recent stay was fantastic, with a great location near a large mall - Hongtung City for shopping and dining options in the surrounding shopping mall. The spacious room and comfortable bathroom came equipped with all essential amenities. We experienced excellent service and a wide range of breakfast options. The gym was impressive, and the hotel also offered a regular shuttle bus.

The air conditioning was not effective, and it was challenging to adjust the temperature.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located on the right side of town for the airport. It was conveniently connected to a large mall which made shopping and dining an easy task. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impeccable. The staff greeted us with a big smile and the service throughout our stay was amazing. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff ensured that everything was fresh. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and they also provided parking and transportation services.

Staff were not helpful or friendly, and there was a language barrier that made communication difficult. , despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the amenities and facilities were not up to par with other hotels in the same category.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my needs during my stay. The spacious room was comfortable and had a large bathroom with a bathtub, adding to the luxury experience. The gym and many food options nearby were additional benefits. The staff provided excellent service and were able to communicate well in English. a great place to relax and unwind.

The breakfast mainly consisted of Chinese dishes with limited options for Western food, but at least it was fresh. The only minor issue was the lack of clear instructions on their website for the shuttle service to/from the airport.
